About the studio
Loerting Games was founded by Leonhard Kohl-Lörting, who studied computer science at the University of Innsbruck.
Vena started as a game jam prototype that won Godot Wild Jam #85. It comes out on Steam on 9 November 2026, the same day as What the Buck?!, an incremental game about destroying money. Both have a free demo on Steam now. Fish Don’t Return, a programming game set in the Mariana Trench, comes after them.
